How to Activate the Warranty
Activating your warranty is a simple and convenient process. After your renovation is completed, just register for your e-certificate through our official portal: Lifetime Warranty Registration. Once registered, your home is covered for as long as you own it. And remember, the warranty is even transferable to new owners if you sell your property.
What the Rezt+Relax Lifetime Warranty Covers
The Lifetime Warranty applies strictly to workmanship for carpentry hardware mechanisms, including essential moving components such as hinges and runner tracks. This warranty is limited to carpentry mechanisms only and does not extend to all renovation works. Coverage is valid for the lifetime of the carpentry mechanisms, commencing from the contract date, and is subject to the terms and conditions stated therein.
The warranty shall only take effect upon full payment of 100% of the contracted amount by the Client and remains subject to investigation to determine workmanship-related defects.
What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover
While our warranty offers extensive protection, it does not cover:
- Defects arising from wear and tear or mishandling of fixtures or structures.
- Variations in materials, including natural variations in tonality, veins, surface texture, speckles, or thickness of marble, granite, or other natural materials.
- Cracks or damages to walls caused by natural structural movement.
- Damages arising from subsequent construction, renovation, or related works carried out after completion.
